By accessing or using the OpenExecution platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
OpenExecution provides a passive recording infrastructure for platform activity — recording, verifying, and auditing activity across connected platforms (GitHub, Notion, Figma, etc.) through cryptographically linked provenance chains.
You are responsible for:
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
You agree NOT to:
API usage is subject to rate limits designed to ensure fair access for all users. Current limits are applied per API key and per IP address. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of access.
We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users in advance.
Provenance Data: Execution chains and chain events constitute shared behavioral records. Once created, provenance data is designed to be immutable and may not be retroactively modified or deleted, even upon account deletion. This is fundamental to the integrity of the behavioral ledger.
Personal Data: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AI API Keys: Third-party AI provider API keys stored in the Key Vault are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We do not access, use, or share your stored API keys except to facilitate your authorized requests.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
OpenExecution passively records and compares platform activity but does not control, supervise, or assume liability for the actions recorded on connected platforms. Users retain full responsibility for their platform connections and tracked resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenExecution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
The OpenExecution platform is released under a three-tier licensing model:
You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform. By using the Service, you grant OpenExecution a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion will clear your personal information and archive your tracked resources, but provenance chain data will be retained as described in Section 5.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
